This is a pattern designed in memory of Sir Mark Hodson who was an avid fisherman and sadly passed following suffering from lymphoma.

This fly was commissioned by his family and was a mix of a number of the patterns we have for sale including the Sillen, Puppy Dog and The Boleside Pink.

The Sir Markie was first wetted on the Borgie and a salmon quickly followed.

It claimed 9 salmon and a Sea Trout from the Brora and Helmsdale and is becoming a great pattern.
