This is a pattern from David Fernie, Ghillie on the Balmoral Estate. This fly has a silver mylar body and black Artic Runner for the wings, it has caught many salmon for David and his many guests. It proved very successful for our customers fishing in Iceland in 2021. Well worth having in the box, we do a bespoke version with plain black with the same butt.
